Instructions

To use the speech timer, follow these instructions:

1. Consult the CTM/ATM manual for the speech type that you are going to give. It has the correct minimum and maximum times that you will need to specify here.
2. Specify the minimum time. This is the minimum time specified for that speech type. This is the time when the page will turn green.
3. Specify the maximum time. This is the maximum time specified for that speech type. This is the time when the page will turn red.
4. The middle time will be automatically calculated based on the values specified above.
5. Get ready to perform your speech.
6. Press the Start / Pause Button and start your speech.
7. Press the Start / Pause Button again when your speech is complete.
8. To reset the timer, press the Reset button.
